Orthrus is a super-natural being/hallucination in a cancelled game called The Happiest Place on Earth and Five Nights at Treasure Island 2 Remastered Full Game. Orthrus is an unexplained being that can become active on Night 3 in Pirate Caverns, its full body is never seen in-game, and is usually hidden.

Appearance

Orthrus is a Minnie Mouse-like creature, with two heads, the main head has a bottom row of sharp teeth while the second has a top row of sharp teeth. It lacks feet and a left hand; the creature has several holes and appears to be falling apart.

Behavior

Orthrus will sometimes become active while sitting still in Pirate Caverns, while the flashlight is off. Orthrus may besome active, and will sit still in the shadows, barely visible. If the player continues to stay still, it will attack. After it does, the screen will distort, before the game crashes.

• Orthrus is from the cancelled game "The Happiest Place on Earth!", along with The Butcher.
• "The Orthrus" is a two-headed dog from mythology, this character takes after its name.
• It's unknown exactly what Orthrus exactly is, it's speculated to be a ghost of some sort, or a hallucination.
